SUGGESTION:

Perfect as an aperitif, it could be just as fashionable to drink this wine throughout the meal.

Serve slightly cool at 8-10°C.

TASTING NOTES:

Color: A rosé of remarkable radiance, with shades of deep purple.

Aroma: The expressive and complex bouquet binds together the small red fruit and the hints of acidulous grenadine.

Taste: The inviting taste is basically fruit.

VINEYARD:

Terroir: Calcareous limestone soil
Climate: Mediterranean
Density: 4500 – 5000 vines/ha.
Average age of the vines: 20 – 25 years.
Yield: 85 to 90 hl/ha.
Winemaking: A blend of “rosé desaignée” and direct pressing. “Rosé de saignée” means that the grapes are first steeped in vats, then the juice is separated from the skins and set aside in stainless steel tanks.
