A beautiful orangey colour.

The nose is delicate and elegant, with aromas of small red fruits: strawberry and
raspberry with floral notes.

Live and fruity on the palate, with good suppleness.

VINE VARIETY:

Cinsault. This is a captivating wine: dry, fruity and elegant wine, with its aromas of red fruits evoking strawberries and raspberries. A wine for pleasure, which belongs undeniably to the new generation of Pays d’Oc wines.

VINES:

Geographical location: Languedoc Roussillon. The ceaseless search for quality and diversity, the opening-up of the region to the whole world and the arrival of certain “Flying Winemaker” have, in recent years, produced rosé wines of very high standard. The regular water supply and the coolness of the nights stimulate the aromatic expression of the grape.
Terroir: Clay-limestone soils
Climate: Mediterranean
Density: 4,000 – 4,500 vines/hectare
Average age of vines: 15 – 20 years
Productivity: 90 hectolitres/hectare
Vinification: Direct pressing with separation of the presses. Static sludge removal. Fermentation with temperature controlled at 16 °C, yeasting.
